Who We Are

At Readymoney Beach Shop we aren’t just concerned with selling you delicious ice-cream, we are also concerned with making sure our lovely customers know when and why we might collect your personal data, what we do with it, the very limited reasons why we might need to share that data with others and how we keep your data secure. Heads up that we don’t keep any email lists of our customers’ details and even if we did, we wouldn’t dream of selling, renting or trading that information to third parties. As much as it might not be the most fascinating document you’ve ever read, keep reading to find our more information on our Privacy Policy.

Types Of Data We Collect

Although we sell yummy Cornish biscuits, website cookies aren’t as tasty.  A  website cookie is a small text file that stores internet settings. Almost every website uses them. The cookie is downloaded by your internet browser the first time you visit a website. The next time you visit this website from the same device, the cookie and the information in it are either sent back to the originating website (first-party cookies) or to another website to which it belongs (third-party cookies). The website can then tell that it has been opened before using that browser, and in some cases it will then vary the content it shows.

Some cookies are extremely useful because they can improve your user experience when you return to a website you have already visited. This assumes that you are using the same device and the same browser as before; if so, cookies will remember your preferences, will know how you use the website, and will adapt the content you are shown so that it is more relevant to your personal interests and needs.

If you would rather not use or save cookies onto your device then you should take go into your web browser’s security settings and block all cookies from this website and its external serving vendors or use the cookie control system if available.

We use Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour pattern from all visits to our website. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website

We do not offer customer WiFi.
